The first road is “Bolshaya Polyana – Yakovlevo”. According to the party member, Voronezh road workers worked on it in 2021, and since then “patches” have constantly appeared on the road surface under warranty. Kichapin said that in 2023 the road was repaired at least three times, sometimes even at night.

“There are more patches than the main fabric. Judging by the thickness of the asphalt layer, during the “treatment” in the fall it will be necessary to renovate, but only the warranty will end and elections will be held. Effective managers effectively manage the budget,” commented Nikita Kichapin.

The second “problem” road is “Embankment – Terbuny”. A member of the LDPR notes that Terbun residents rarely travel along it, but for residents of the Volovsky district this is the only way to the regional center, Yelets and neighboring Voronezh.

“Two days ago we made a marking: where we could go around the potholes, we went around it; where we couldn’t, it would do! Markings (especially at night) help drivers navigate on the road surface and must be applied in accordance with GOST. But in this section it’s the other way around – markings can lead to an accident. The funny thing is that in several places they started doing pothole repairs, eliminating the fresh markings in the center of the road,” he was indignant.

At the same time, last summer one could find positive reviews about this road on the social networks of local newspapers.

“We are completing a major overhaul of a section of the regional highway Terbuny – Naberezhnoe – Volovo. From the border of the Volovsky district to the turn to the complex owned by Selkhozinvest LLC, asphalt concrete pavement with a length of 5.94 kilometers was repaired. The employees of Dorozhnik LLC can only strengthen the roadsides and bring the ramps into compliance with the standards,” wrote the regional newspaper “Forward” in August 2023.
