Samara residents are asking to repair the bridge along Groznenskaya Street in the Kuibyshevsky district. Another part of the appeals concerns Tovarnaya, Elizarova, Pugachevskaya streets, the bridge on Fizkulturnaya Street and other areas.
The governor noted that this year, due to rapid warming, the situation with roads has also worsened. He stated that municipalities need to step up efforts in this direction:
– Of course, we need to speed up the work of pothole repair and “maps”. Both small and large. The head of the regional capital Elena Lapushkina joined the broadcast. She told us when workers will begin renewing the road surface on the bridge in the Kuibyshevsky district. – We are already reaching the bridge on Groznenskaya Street, we will repair it with “cards”. And at other addresses there are warranty roads that we need to repair. Elena Lapushkina clarified that work will also take place in other problem areas. – Now we need to quickly cope with emergency repairs and, of course, implement all our plans for the current year as quickly as possible. “We need to speed up,” the governor hurried. Dmitry Azarov added that 1.6 billion rubles were allocated from the regional budget in Samara for these purposes this year and about half a billion more will be added in the near future. “This is a city with a population of one million, and, of course, we will continue to help here,” the governor said. The head of the region emphasized the importance of maintaining the condition of the roadway throughout the year. He noted: “And if high-quality maintenance is not provided, then the road, of course, collapses faster. This is where all municipalities need to increase their efforts. In general, almost 400 km of roadways are planned to be repaired this year in the region. These are federal, regional and municipal roads. Of these, 134 km are of regional importance and more than 160 km are of municipal importance. This figure will increase further. Sections of federal highways – about 100 km – will also be put in order. – We have provided more than 10 billion rubles for construction and major repairs. This year I am confident that we will cope with the task. Work within the framework of the national project “Safe Quality Roads” will also take place in large cities in the region: Samara, Tolyatti and Syzran. – There are small areas, 200 meters each, except for those where repairs are planned by “maps”. And there are quite long ones, such as Zubchaninovskoye Highway. In Tolyatti, Lesoparkovoe Highway is one of the largest projects. Well, other streets, Novozavodskaya, Revolyutsionnaya, Mira, 40 Let Pobedy and so on. In Syzran, we are implementing a large infrastructure project – crossing the railway. We will allocate additional funds for other roads. The governor noted that in recent years, almost 4 thousand km of roads in the region have been put in order. – Of course, there is still work to be done here. Our task is to bring the level of the normative state of the network to 50%,” said the head of the region. List of objects planned for implementation within the framework of the national project in 2024.
