In Samara, during an interview with potential employees, recruiting managers shared their selection criteria. They believe it is important to get to know the candidate better to understand whether he is suitable for the position.

According to the SuperJob website, the majority of managers (37%) believe that any hobbies and interests should be included in a resume. However, there are also those who prefer to learn only about useful hobbies related to future work (24%).

Only a small portion of respondents (22%) believe that this information is not important. 5% of applicants were rejected because of their hobby.

Earlier, Samara HR specialists spoke about other criteria for selecting employees. They consider literacy an important factor. Every second recruiter will have a negative attitude towards an applicant with errors in his resume. 15% of employers may refuse because of this. Errors are unacceptable for managers, engineers, accountants, secretaries, editors, lawyers and economists.
