The day before, April 23, employees of the City Roads Directorate began mowing the grass along the roads. The work has already been completed on Sovetskaya, Polynkovskaya, Michurinskaya, Chichkanova streets, and in the Yuzhny microdistrict. In addition, mechanized mowing was carried out on Zaprudnaya and Molodezhnaya streets in the village of Bokino.
They removed debris from Zaprudnaya Street, the overpass on Astrakhanskaya Street, and on Magistralnaya Street. The directorate workers removed small debris from Sovetskaya, Internatsionalnaya, Astrakhanskaya, Zaprudnaya, Michurinskaya streets and in the village of Stroitel.
It should be noted that workers also remove garbage from main highways, wash sidewalks and roadways, remove small garbage and trash cans, and carry out pothole repairs.
During the first shift, on Gagarina and Sovetskaya streets, in the area from Maxim Gorky Street to Moskovskaya Street, they carried out patching repairs with hot asphalt concrete. Workers installed road signs and cleaned technical equipment from advertisements on Sovetskaya and Seleznevskaya streets, and also painted road sign posts on Internatsionalnaya Street.
In addition, a team of stormwater workers restored the culvert on Bazarnaya Street.
In total, 55 pieces of equipment and 114 people were involved in the work. During the second shift, about 77 cubic meters of waste were removed.
