On Wednesday, April 24, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Tula Region Olga Gremyakova held a meeting of the Coordination Council under the governor for interaction with the Russian movement of children and youth “Movement of the First”.
— The Governor of the region, Alexey Dyumin, provides comprehensive support in the formation and development of regional and local branches of the Movement of the First, which today are actively involved in the implementation of the educational program for the younger generation, accumulate children’s initiatives in various areas of activity and help in their implementation, and also participate in the formation of specialized programs for summer holidays,” said Olga Gremyakova.
Chairman of the Council of the regional branch of the “First Movement” of the Tula region, Yana Berleva, reported that local branches of the RDDM were opened in 22 municipalities of the region, 601 primary branches were created. In 2023, more than 50 projects were implemented, 75 thousand people took part in them, more than 100 children became winners and prize-winners of all-Russian events. This year it is planned to increase coverage to 85 thousand.
Thus, in the first quarter, five specialized traffic changes were carried out. Profile programs will also be held in all 16 country health camps, and thematic “Days of Firsts” will be organized in 365 school camps.
RDDM activists actively take part in all significant events in the region. Among them are Victory Day, Children’s Day, Russia Day, etc. On instructions from the governor, 1,600 activists visited exhibition-forum “Russia”.
Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Regional Branch for financial and economic Natalya Makarova added to the “Movement of the First” issues that a number of projects will be implemented this year. Among them are the “Big Change” competition, projects “Keepers of History”, “Challenge of the First”, “School Classics”, “Sound”, “Visiting a Scientist”, “Media Attraction”, “First Aid”, “Charity”, “ Young People of the First”, “First in the Profession”, drone piloting championship “Pilots of the Future”, hiking and tourism Events.
Deputy Chairman of the Council of the regional branch for strategic development “Movement of the First” Irina Denisova said that on June 1, the Tula Kremlin will host the festival of children and youth “First with First. City of Childhood” dedicated to International Children’s Day.
Creative activities will be organized for participants, master classes, outdoor games, science show, intellectual quiz, “Green Marathon”, etc. The festival will end with a festival of colors. It is planned that the festival will unite more than 1 thousand participants from all over the Tula region.
