The Prosecutor’s Office for the Vladimir Region informs that on April 22, 2024, at the age of 78, a veteran of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Vladimir Region, State Counselor of Justice 3rd class, Viktor Nikolaevich Tishaev, died.
Victor Tishaev was born in 1947 in the city of Osipovichi, Mogilev region. In 1969 he graduated from the All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute. After that, he joined the prosecutor’s office.
The man began his career as an intern at the Vyaznikovsk City Prosecutor’s Office. After that, he held the positions of investigator of the prosecutor’s office of the city of Vladimir, senior investigator, prosecutor of the general supervision department, senior assistant to the regional prosecutor for juvenile affairs of the prosecutor’s office of the Vladimir region, Kovrov city prosecutor.
Since 1987, the law enforcement officer was transferred to the prosecutor’s office of the USSR. In 1991, he was appointed prosecutor of the Frunzensky district of the city of Vladimir, subsequently prosecutor of the city of Vladimir and Vladimir environmental prosecutor.
In 1998, Viktor Nikolaevich was appointed to the position of first deputy prosecutor of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, which he held until his retirement in 2000.
From 2009 to 2015, he was Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Vladimir Region.
By orders of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, the veteran of the prosecutor’s office was awarded the badge “Honorary Worker of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation” and the medal “Veteran of the Prosecutor’s Office.”
