As reported by RIA Strela, Governor A. Bogomaz held a working meeting with the director of the macro-region Center of Russian Post JSC K. Efimova.
The parties discussed the development of federal postal services in the region. There are 502 post offices in the region.
The Bryansk region ranks second in the number of operating branches in the “Center” macro-region out of 11. The regional department ranks first in the share and number of pensioners served, subscriptions, and revenue from retail trade.
Over the past three years, a program to modernize rural post offices has been successfully implemented.
