On Wednesday, the premiere of the new documentary film “St. Petersburg Diary” “Multiplying Time” (12+) took place at the Aurora cinema. The film is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the St. Petersburg hospice for children and adults. St. Petersburg became the first city where a children’s hospice appeared 20 years ago. The film will appear on social networks and on the website of the Petersburg Diary publication on April 26.

“The most important thing is not that such a building exists and the idea was born here, with the support of Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, but that unique people work here. I don’t even know if anyone has a bigger heart than them. The way they pass the stories of their charges through themselves is a great thing,” said Alexander Belsky, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in St. Petersburg, Svetlana Agapitova, thanked the publication for its noble mission – creating a film on a difficult but important topic.

Guests at the premiere of the new documentary were also political scientist Yuri Svetov, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Dmitry Panov, director of DOSAAF of St. Petersburg Alexander Gromov and many others.
