Law enforcement officers received information that “enterprising” townspeople had set up a club for underground poker games on Kuibyshev Street. The police, together with riot police of the Russian Guard, burst into the premises and detained the alleged organizer of the club.

He turned out to be a 39-year-old local resident who had no previous convictions. Together with him, the staff of the establishment was detained – two men, 42 and 30 years old, who were involved in organizing the games.

Law enforcement officers also seized a gaming table, chips, cards, cell phones, video cameras and recordings from them.

A criminal case has been initiated against the three detainees under the article “Illegal organization and conduct of gambling“Now they face a fine of up to a million rubles or up to 4 years in prison.

And recently, two women were detained in the region who wanted to “order” a businessman.
