A diplomat from Singapore lost his wallet in the Northern capital. The incident became known to 78.ru.

According to the foreigner, he came to the 12th international meeting of representatives in charge of security issues, which is taking place in the Hermitage. Almost reaching the museum, the 29-year-old man discovered his wallet was missing. Inside were 60 thousand rubles, 200 dollars, three credit cards, as well as an American diplomat ID. However, there were no debits from the cards.

As it turned out, the wallet was picked up by a random passerby. He saw the wallet on the street, but decided not to report the find to the police. “Lucky” was identified by cameras and detained.
