--

Today, live on air, a resident of Samara suggested that Dmitry Azarov create a Memory Alley along the Moscow Highway from Tashkentskaya Street to Georgiy Dimitrov on the eve of Victory Day.

– Yes, a good offer. Of course, at the present time, when our country is in the midst of a special military operation, this is of particular importance. This action takes on a special meaning for each of us. It will continue to be supported by me, the regional level, and the municipal level,” the governor said.

He noted that in recent years, within the framework of the federal project “Creating a comfortable urban environment» 1,906 courtyard areas and 925 public spaces were landscaped in the region. Also, under the “ASSISTANCE” program, many people come up with projects themselves, partially finance them, and the authorities add funds from the regional budget.

The governor emphasized that in the Samara region many public spaces have been brought into decent shape.

— Boulevard along Chernorechenskaya, Voronezh Lakes, if we talk about Samara. In Tolyatti, a lot of improvement has been done: the Central District park, the embankment, and the arboretum. Never before has so much been done in such a short period. We are already building the third embankment in Syzran. There is no such thing in any region. And we have embankments in the Volga region, and in Shiryaevo, and in Syzran,” said Dmitry Azarov.

Until April 30, everyone can vote for public spaces that will be renovated next year.
