Fog, precipitation: weather in the Kaliningrad region on Thursday

The air temperature will be +7-10 degrees. Fog and rain are likely in the morning. During the day there will be no significant precipitation; in the evening hours there may be local short-term bursts of rain/grass in the southwest of the region, including Kaliningrad. The wind during the day is predominantly northwest and west 3-5 m/s.
According to forecasters, by the end of the week in the Kaliningrad region it will again warm up to +20 degrees.
