Nordic walking training took place in Molodezhny Park. Residents of Samara of the “silver age” took part in it.
Classes help improve health, find new friends, and get a positive charge for the whole day, say the athletes. Training takes place in the morning, three times a week, under the guidance of a qualified trainer.
Anyone can join the group.
Let us remind you that this park won the rating vote as part of the “Creating a comfortable urban environment» national project “Housing and Urban Environment”. There was a new entrance, children’s playgrounds, and a lake with a fountain was reconstructed. This year the final stage of landscaping will take place.
