After numerous complaints from passengers about inadequate conditions on the Ryazan-Moscow trains, four luxury trains were repaired. The regional governor, Pavel Malkov, announced this on Wednesday, April 24, during a direct line.
Toilets and heating have been brought into proper condition, and control over cleaning in the cars has been strengthened.
“I myself see that the situation has already changed dramatically, and it’s nice to see these changes,” commented the head of the region. — But it is clear that these trains were produced in 2014, they are already 10 years old.
According to Malkov, the issue of updating express trains is currently being considered.
