Two enterprises are being reorganized in Ryazan

Two municipal enterprises of Ryazan will be reorganized. This became known on Tuesday, April 23, at a meeting of the Committee on Budget and Tax Policy of the Ryazan City Duma.

It is planned to reorganize the municipal enterprise “Housing and Communal Administration No. 22” by transforming it into the municipal budgetary institution of Ryazan “Housing and Communal Administration No. 22”. The MBU will have to organize the maintenance of the municipal housing stock located on the territory of the village of Solotcha and deal with the improvement of the village. The functions and powers of the founder of the MBU Housing and Communal Administration No. 22 are carried out by the administration of Ryazan.

They also plan to reorganize the municipal enterprise “Emergency Repair Service” by transforming it into the municipal budgetary institution of Ryazan “Emergency Repair Service”. The activities of the MBU “Emergency Repair Service” will consist of organizing the maintenance of the municipal housing stock, with the exception of the housing stock located in the territory of the village of Solotcha and the improvement of the territory of the urban district, with the exception of the village of Solotcha. The functions and powers of the founder of the MBU “Emergency Repair Service” are carried out by the administration of the city of Ryazan.
