In Tula, bailiffs stopped two attempts to smuggle knives into the building of the Zarechensky District Court in one day. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Tula region.

A pen-shaped knife was found on a 52-year-old woman who arrived at a hearing in a civil case. She tried to convince the bailiffs that she did not have prohibited items.

A couple of hours later, a 37-year-old Tula man arrived at the same court, carrying a backpack with personal belongings. The man also told law enforcement officers that he did not have any prohibited items. But the bailiffs found a butterfly knife in the belt bag.

Administrative protocols were drawn up for citizens under Art. 17.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the order of a judge or bailiff to ensure the established procedure for the activities of courts).
