Chairman of the St. Petersburg Transport Committee Valentin Enokayev and Vice-Governor Kirill Polyakov discussed with the khokim of the Samarkand region Erkinjon Turdimov possible points of interaction in the field of transport.
According to the press service of the St. Petersburg committee, the official delegation of the government of the Northern capital arrived in Uzbekistan on a working visit. There are plans to discuss international cooperation in the fields of industry, transport, trade, healthcare, tourism, culture and sports.
To start such mutually beneficial relations, the authorities plan to create a joint working group of St. Petersburg and the Samarkand region.
It was previously reported that in St. Petersburg, young families will be allocated 2.4 billion rubles to purchase housing.
