In Ulyanovsk, rehearsals for the parade in honor of the celebration began 79th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Because of them, it is planned to restrict traffic on some sections of roads in the Leninsky, Zheleznodorozhny and Zasviyazhsky districts.
On April 24, 26, 29, from 6:00 to 9:00, vehicle traffic will be limited on Cathedral Square, in Krasnoznamenny lanes (from Spasskaya Street to building No. 6 on Cathedral Square) and Troitsky (from Spasskaya Street to Novy Venets Boulevard).
On May 1, from 11:00 to 16:30, access to the parking area near the tram stop “Ulyanovsk-Tsentralny Railway Station” will be closed.
On May 3, 6 and 7 from 6:00 to 9:00, traffic will be blocked on the esplanade, Cathedral Square, in Troitsky, Krasnoznamenny, Karamzin lanes, on Kuznetsov streets (from Cathedral Square to Spasskaya Street), Spasskaya (from Gimov Street to Kuznetsova Street ), Gimov (from Spasskaya Street to Novy Venets Boulevard).
On May 6 from 10:30 to 13:30 and on May 7 from 15:00 to 18:00 the movement of trams along Western Boulevard will be limited, for vehicles – the section of Polbina Street from house No. 25 to house No. 18/8, on Zapadny Boulevard from the passage Polbina to Polbina Street, from Moskovskoe Highway to Dostoevsky Street.
From 14:30 to 17:30 on May 7, traffic will be blocked in the area near the Family Park (parking area near buildings No. 15, 15 A, 17, 17 A on 50th Anniversary of the Komsomol Avenue).
On May 9, Victory Day, for the parade and other festive events from 7:00 to 22:30, car traffic will be blocked on Kuznetsov streets (from Cathedral Square to Spasskaya Street), Gimov (from Spasskaya Street to Novy Venets Boulevard), in Krasnoznamenny Lanes , Troitsky, Karamzin, as well as on Novy Venets Boulevard, Lenin Square and Cathedral Square, the esplanade.
