At the moment, the claim of the State Public Institution “EDKS” against the company “Spetsgrandstroy” has been accepted by the Arbitration Court for proceedings. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for the end of May.

In mid-February, it became known that in Sevastopol a contract had been terminated with a contractor who intended to build a children’s clinic on Krasnoselsky, 5 for 100 visits per shift.

The project provided for the placement in the building of administrative and economic offices, a department of medical and social care, preventive and consultative diagnostic departments, offices of medical specialists, a rehabilitation treatment department, functional diagnostic rooms, an X-ray department, rooms for receiving and registering tests, and a pharmacy.

It was planned to apply import substitution for a number of items of medical equipment. It was also planned to build a pumping station and a block modular checkpoint building on the territory of the clinic.

The work was carried out by the contracting organization StavropolGrandStroy (now SpetsGrandStroy LLC). The contract price is 304.4 million rubles.

The delivery of the medical facility was supposed to take place in 2023, but the contractor failed to cope with the responsibilities assigned to him.

According to the Department of Capital Construction, today readiness does not reach 40%. Excavation work and foundation installation have been completed at the site in full. Monolithic work and waterproofing are in a high degree of readiness; the installation of walls and partitions has been partially completed.

Due to the low pace of work, the customers decided to unilaterally terminate the contract. A demand has already been sent to the ex-contractor for the return of the unearned advance payment in the amount of more than 150 million rubles.

The department plans to hire a new contractor for the work and commission the facility by the end of 2025.
