Ulyanovsk deputies decided to pay salaries to two more parliamentarians

The regional Legislative Assembly today discussed the initiative of non-party Sergei Morgachev to increase the number of deputies with salaries and approved it.

Previously, payments from the budget were allocated to 11 parliamentarians. Now there will be 13 people in state custody. This will cost the budget approximately 6 million rubles a year.

The initiative was opposed by representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Members of United Russia supported the idea of ​​Sergei Morgachev. He explained that additional salary rates are being introduced in order to take care of the participants in the special operation. After fierce debate, the bill was passed by a majority vote.
