A St. Petersburg official was deprived of his driver’s license after a February accident on Nalichnaya

The magistrate deprived the head of the information and communications department of the Vasileostrovsky district administration, Alexander Borisenko, of his rights for a period of one year after the February accident on Nalichnaya Street. This was reported in the “Road Inspector” group.
