A Kaluga resident in shorts smashing a car with a hammer was caught on video

Residents of Kaluga complained about the socially dangerous situation on social networks.

According to a Kaluga resident who posted this video on the Internet, the incident occurred on April 23 in the Terepets microdistrict of the regional center, in the courtyard of one of the apartment buildings on Motorostroiteley Street.

Allegedly, a local resident placed the bottles in the parking lot at the entrance, “staking out” a space for one of the two cars his family owns. However, a man from a neighboring entrance parked his car in this place. Then the “locum tenens” ran out of the house in his underpants and broke the windshield of someone else’s car with a hammer, reports the Kaluga Tin TG channel. The incident was captured on CCTV footage.

A resident of the house expresses concern that a man with a hammer could be dangerous not only to cars, but also to people.
