The water route can connect Soldatsky Beach with the center of Pskov, said Pskov entrepreneur Denis Bychenkov, who is developing the project, on the air of the “Habitat” program on the “Silver Rain” radio station (88.3 FM) in Pskov today, April 24.
“There will be places to walk and things to do in the park. This will be a very interesting place, especially if we manage to organize water communication there; we have already agreed on this issue. It would be great if you could take a boat or a motor ship from the Kremlin and sail beautifully across the water to this park in 5-10 minutes, and for this message to be regular,” noted the radio guest.
In his opinion, the water route would be popular among both citizens and city guests. “We discussed that the city could make a loop around the route and make a pier there. And if this message had some kind of regularity, then, for example, tourists would sail there on a ship, go ashore, sit in a cafe, walk in parks, use some services, and then sail with the next ship back to the city or somewhere at the mouth. This is an interesting topic, it can really work,” the businessman noted.
Denis Bychenkov said that for this it is necessary to organize a certified pier in the Soldatskoye Beach area. “If the city has a desire to make such a water stop there, then it will be great,” concluded the radio guest.
It was previously reported that a year-round park area for family recreation will appear on the territory of Soldatsky Beach. In addition to the park and beach infrastructure, there will be a floating pool on pontoons and a pier for catamarans and boats.
