Recently, the company began implementing its next housing project in the Solombala district of Arkhangelsk – the second stage of the Captain residential complex, located next to the first building of the new building, which was put into operation last year.

The new project of an eight-story building with more than seventy apartments is similar to the previous one, differing only in some details, and therefore is a logical continuation of the overall architectural plan, which will certainly transform the appearance of 1st Banny Lane.

By the way, the same developer, with the assistance of Sber, began building housing in Mirny. This will be the flagship project of its kind in the Plesetsk region, but it is by no means the first housing project of a similar scale in the developer’s portfolio.
