Vyacheslav Gladkov presented state and regional awards to 63 Belgorod residents

Vyacheslav Gladkov presented state and regional awards 63 Belgorod residents. They were awarded by the President of the Russian Federation and the Governor of the Belgorod Region for their contribution to the development of their native land and their willingness to come to the aid of residents of the region in any circumstances.

People from various industries received high awards. For example, four residents of the region were awarded a medal “For saving the lost”. Five Belgorod residents received a medal “For bravery” – this state award of the Russian Federation was established a year ago by Vladimir Putin. Risking their own lives, these people, without hesitation, rushed to help.

The courage and determination of Belgorod residents was also noted at the regional level. Five people received medals for their courage in saving people and eliminating the consequences of enemy strikes “For services to the land of Belgorod” 2nd degree.

Workers in the spheres of culture, science, agriculture, medicine, sports, and education received the title of Honored. Among them are representatives of the Yakovlevsky urban district. The title of Honored Worker was awarded to cardiologist of the highest qualification category of the Yakovlevsky Central District Hospital Valentina Fedorova, bullet shooting coach of the SShOR Yakovlevsky urban district Sergei Golovkov and athletics coach of the SShOR Yakovlevsky urban district Valentina Dolgopolova.
