Russia is perceived today as a gathering point, a place where peoples communicate harmoniously, said the head of Rossotrudnichestvo Evgeny Primakov.
“Russia presented itself to the world as a continent of adequacy,” said the head of Rossotrudnichestvo.
Primakov added that this format is very understandable and organic for citizens, because Russia has never promoted the idea of imposing itself. At the same time, the purpose of the educational programs of the country’s opponents is brain drain: to lure out the smart ones and keep them. Russia works differently.
“The meaning of Russian educational programs has always been to provide opportunities for development to applicants from many, many countries, so that they make their countries stronger and more successful in a variety of areas: economics, technology, science, and so on,” Primakov noted.
He concluded that the very name of the NGO “Eurasia” suggests that it is not a product of Russia to influence the mainland. This is a common cause of citizens that will work successfully.
The presentation of the NGO promoting the development of international cooperation “Eurasia” took place on April 24 at the International Multimedia Press Center “Russia Today”. The event was held in a round table format.
