Thanks to the national project “Safe Quality Roads,” a major overhaul of a 1.4-kilometer section from the 31 ring road to the final stop on Berzina Street is being carried out in Magadan, the Magadan Regional Government told MagadanMedia.
The general list of works includes the installation of electric lighting, repair of sidewalks, and storm drainage systems, as previously reported by the Ministry of Roads and Transport of the Magadan Region.
At the moment, excavation work is underway at the site, during which two water supply channels are completely ready for operation, and on the third, the walls of the water supply chamber are being reinforced for subsequent installation of formwork and concreting.
The regional Ministry of Transport clarifies that the laying of the new roadway will begin after employees of the Vodokanal municipal unitary enterprise complete the work on the construction and installation of culverts.
