Combat officer, former Vega battalion commander, first deputy chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region Andrei Panferov asked the Russian Ministry of Defense to agree to recognize the Novosibirsk military town as a cultural heritage site.

The battalion commander recalled that after his public address to the President of the Russian Federation, agreements were reached on a meeting with representatives of the defense department, which has not yet taken place.
