During the audit, it turned out that 21 million rubles from the city treasury were being used with violations.
The Belgorod Chamber of Control and Accounts identified 3,250 violations in the use of the city budget in 2023. The amount of damage amounted to 21 million rubles, said the chairman of the Belgorod City Council Vadim Radchenko.
In total, the Chamber of Control and Accounts checked the use of four billion, of which 3.7 billion were budget funds.
“We heard a report on the activities of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the city of Belgorod in 2023. The volume of funds verified amounted to four billion rubles, of which 3.7 billion rubles were budget funds. Based on the results of control activities, 3,250 violations, deficiencies and risks were identified totaling 21 million rubles,”
Radchenko said.
Let us recall that at the beginning of 2023, the KSP identified 1 500 violations in the use of the city budget in 2022. Then the amount of damage was 138 million rubles.
