In Chelyabinsk, a motorcyclist without a license started a race with traffic police inspectors, a correspondent for the Access News Agency reports.

It is reported that the Honda motorcycle was driven by a man born in 2001.

“He never received a driver’s license,” the State Traffic Inspectorate clarified.

Three administrative charges were filed against the driver – for driving a vehicle without a license (fine from 5 to 15 thousand rubles), failure to comply with a lawful request of a police officer to stop (fine from 500 to 800 rubles) and driving through a prohibiting traffic light signal (fine in the amount of 1 thousand rubles).

The motorcycle is placed in a specialized parking lot.

“The driver of a motor vehicle must only wear a special helmet and use protective equipment. When performing maneuvers, control the distance and lateral interval. When driving at night or in conditions of insufficient visibility, it is advisable to have items with reflective elements on clothing,” the commentary says.
