Yaroslavna deliberately scratched her neighbor’s Porsche and almost lost her Toyota

In Yaroslavl, a 51-year-old woman deliberately damaged her neighbor’s Porsche Macan. The woman ran a sharp object along the body of the car, as a result of which a scratch formed on it, extending from the hood through the right front, right rear doors and the right rear fender.

The owners of the foreign car went to court, which ordered the attacker to compensate for the damage caused in the amount of 373 thousand rubles. However, the woman did not want to pay the debt. Then the bailiffs seized her Toyota Camry from the debtor. The foreign car was evacuated to a specialized parking lot, and its owner was warned that if the debt was not paid, the car would be sold under the hammer.

The debtor, who did not want to be left without a means of transportation, provided the bailiffs with a document confirming the repayment of the debt within a few days.

Material damage caused to neighbors has been compensated in full.
