In Kaluga, a contractor was brought to administrative liability for unfulfilled repairs. The prosecutor’s office reported this today, April 24.
It was established that, in accordance with the concluded government contract, the contractor was required to repair institutions of the penal system.
The work was not completed within the specified time frame. Because of this, the institution could not operate normally, and there were also risks of leaks and damage to equipment, property, and engineering systems. The cost of unfulfilled obligations on time amounted to more than 700 thousand rubles.
Based on this fact, a case of administrative offense was initiated against the general director of the contractor organization, as a result of which the culprit was fined in the amount of 39 thousand rubles.
At the moment, the work provided for in the contract has already been completed.
