Ulyanovsk City Hall has found parking spaces during road closures due to the Ulpress relay

On April 28, from 10:30 to 13:30, traffic will be blocked in the center of Ulyanovsk.

Traffic will be limited along the race route: Sobornaya Square – esplanade – Novy Venets Boulevard – Plastova Boulevard – Goncharova Street – Lenin Street – 12 September Street – Minaev Street – Goncharova Street – Dmitry Ulyanov Street – Spasskaya Street – Lenin Square – esplanade – Sobornaya Square.

Along the entire relay route, stopping and parking of vehicles is prohibited from 7:00 to 14:00; tow trucks will operate.

Race participants will be able to leave their cars in advance in the parking lot at the Sovetskaya Hotel, the Lenin Memorial, the Wedding Palace and on Dvortsovaya Street.

Spectators have the right to park their car in several parking zones located close to the route: on the streets of 12 September, Marata, III International, Radishchev, Koryukin, Krasnoarmeyskaya and in Komsomolsky Lane, as well as near the Kontaktor plant building.

Before traffic is blocked, they will be able to do this on Bebel, St. Andrew, Leo Tolstoy, Alexander Matrosov, Karl Liebknecht, Spasskaya and Plekhanov, the parking lot in front of the city administration, and the Khalturin descent. In this case, in order to return, citizens will need to wait for the traffic police to open traffic.
