This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office. It is noted that this is not the first time that a man has been brought to justice for driving while intoxicated. Now he faces criminal penalties.
“According to the prosecution, a 33-year-old man, who had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, while on the territory of Obninsk, again drove a car that belonged to him until he was stopped by police officers,”

The man refused to undergo a medical examination. The capital’s guest’s car was seized.
