Due to rain and melting snow, slush and dirt form in places where there is no asphalt surface. Garbage trucks regularly get stuck in them. For this reason, special transport cannot remove MSW from container sites. Sometimes it is not possible to enter a populated area at all. In this regard, the schedule for the removal of MSW to other addresses is also violated, where the truck does not have time to arrive on time.
Important: owners of container sites and municipalities need to take measures as soon as possible: pave the road and provide access to container sites.
“This situation happens every year. Very often we write complaints to the owners of container sites and send them various notifications. The result: one in ten will take action. You need to understand that this attitude leads to adjustments in the MSW removal schedule. Frequent reasons are: special transport is stuck in the mud and cannot drive up. Please note that this is a direct violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation. In this regard, we will now draw up reports on problematic control points, and then transfer them to special agencies. In this case, special authorities will decide to punish the owners of commercial enterprises who do not fulfill their legal obligations,” the press service of RT-NEO Irkutsk reported.
We ask municipal administrations to ensure transport access to populated areas and container sites. Otherwise, we will be forced to legally remove from service the checkpoints located in your locality. Such a measure will be taken in case of regular violations.
Today, the accuracy of the MSW removal schedule in zone 2 “South” of the Irkutsk region remains stably within the range of 98%-99%. We can maintain this figure thanks to the high-quality and responsible work of all participants in the process.
