Anna Plutalova graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Innovation. While still a student, she launched a regional web studio. Since 2019, Anna has been building a career in the ADV communications group. At the company, Plutalova led the team that built the digital system for McDonald’s in Russia – a mobile application, website and data platform. In three years, the project grew from five to one hundred employees, and Anna was responsible for their work. By December 2021, when the TPU graduate left the ADV company, the fast food chain’s mobile application was installed by more than 20 million people, and it accounted for 20% of all orders, note the authors of the long list of ratings.

Later, Anna Plutalova began working for the online platform for advertising the sale and rental of real estate in Russia “CIAN”, taking the position of head of the b2b product within the secondary market vertical. She was responsible for the user experience of agencies and real estate agents. In less than a year, Anna has risen to head the entire secondary market division, which, according to Forbes, brings in about half of the company’s revenue.

“In the year that Anna Plutalova has been in charge of the secondary real estate market, its revenue has grown by a quarter. Its team employs more than 100 people,” the website notes.
