The city administration explained why it is important for Tver residents to vote for improvement projects

Leaders in the voting among improvement projects in the regional center were also identified.

There is less than a week left before the completion of the All-Russian voting for improvement projects. In the Tver region, the number of voters has already approached 60 thousand. In Tver, where nine objects were announced at once, only about 16 thousand people voted. It is impossible to say that people vote very actively. Meanwhile, voting is very important for the city.

– Somewhat offensive. It turns out that there are enough “armchair critics”. When it comes down to it, a small portion of people vote. Although you don’t need to go anywhere, you can vote via computer or telephone. Let me tell you a secret: the distribution of finances to municipalities for a comfortable urban environment is carried out solely based on the number of voters. These voices are important to us. It doesn’t matter to me which object wins the vote. It is important to me that a new, landscaped facility – a restored embankment or public garden – will appear on the territory of our city. We deserve it. If residents are not active, then the amount of funding based on the results of this vote will be appropriate. Voting will last until April 30. After this, a competition will be held, after which the limits will be set. Next we will have to make a project for the territory that won. Implement it next year. You can get 50 million rubles, or you could get 100 million rubles.
