April 25 at the regional library named after. A.M. Gorky will host a musical and poetic presentation of “camouflage” collections – small books with patriotic poems. The collections are called “camouflage” based on the color of the covers and are intended to be sent to the Northern Military District zone to maintain the spirit of the Russian army soldiers.
Activists of the literary association “Sit”, in the village of Sonkovo, and the local history organization “Korozhechna” publish small, pocket-sized books with patriotic poems by authors from Tver and the region, as well as from other parts of Russia. Six collections have already been published, and further editions are being prepared for release.
The authors will speak at the presentation, and patriotic poems and songs included in the collections will be performed. The presentation will take place in the Slavic Hall, starting at 14.00. Free admission.
