“In the coming days the weather in the Ulyanovsk region will be warm and without precipitation. The bad weather that is raging in St. Petersburg and Moscow will not affect our region,” said Regina Zakirova, head of the forecasting department of the Ulyanovsk Central Hydrometeorological Service.
