The authorities are liquidating the church in which icons with Bandera’s followers were found – Omsk News

The Department of the Ministry of Justice for the Omsk Region plans to liquidate the Greek Catholic parish of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Catholic Church in Omsk. The corresponding statement, according to the press service, has already been received by the regional court.

The reason for the liquidation was “gross and irreparable violations in the activities of the local religious organization,” identified as a result of an inspection carried out jointly by the prosecutor’s office, the FSB Directorate and the Ministry of Justice.

Let us remind you that yesterday, April 23, security forces detained the priest of this church. The man is accused of rehabilitating Nazism and insulting religious feelings: according to investigators, during services he instilled in believers the ideas of the superiority of the Ukrainian people over the Russians and the exclusivity of their religion. In addition, on the territory of the parish there were icons depicting Ukrainian nationalists from the middle of the last century – collaborators of Nazism.
