She allowed the children to “be silly.”

A video was posted on Omsk social networks showing a passenger car driving around the city. Children were peeking out of the vehicle’s hatch.

According to the traffic police, a woman was driving the car at the time. She was invited to the department of the State Traffic Inspectorate.

Administrative proceedings have been initiated against this 42-year-old Omsk resident under Part 2 of Art. 12.23 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (transportation of people outside the vehicle cabin).

She explained that her children asked her for such a trip, and she allowed them to “be silly.” The car lady did not think about the fact that such tricks could end tragically. The Omsk resident promised to prevent such offenses on the road in the future.
