On Wednesday, April 24, at the annual report to deputies of the City Duma, Mayor Vadim Kstenin said that work was underway to transfer the Tanais park to concession.
Earlier, the city administration received an initiative from a group of businessmen who were ready to invest about 415 million rubles for the improvement of Tanais.
“Observer.Vrn” wrote that we’re talking about about Eduard Tolokonnikov. The concessionaire of the Dolphin Park is ready to take on the renovation of another public space. According to the entrepreneur, he is working on the concept together with other local businessmen Eduard Krasnov and Dmitry Khvastunov.
By the way, during his report the mayor also mentioned “Dolphin”. Under the concession agreement, development of the park continues.
