A new clinic was opened in Tambov on Zaprudnaya Street. The facility was built under the regional primary health care program of the national project “Healthcare”. The secretary of the regional branch of the United Russia party, the Head of the Tambov region, Maxim Egorov, took part in the ceremony.
The cost of the project from the federal and regional budgets amounted to more than 2 billion rubles. The clinic is designed for 1260 visits per shift, for both adults and children. It is expected that more than 27.5 thousand people will be served here.
The modern medical facility occupies a seven-story building. An adult and children’s clinic, an antenatal clinic, a day hospital and diagnostic units were equipped on an area of 30 thousand square meters. The building also housed an emergency medical and disaster medicine station.
Each department was equipped with an open registry, infomats were installed, and convenient navigation was installed. Doctors have at their disposal a modern computed tomograph, digital x-ray, the latest dental equipment, and an advanced laboratory, which will provide ample opportunities to provide assistance to residents.
Maxim Egorov thanked the builders who successfully completed the task and erected a technically complex facility. Construction lasted almost three years. The head of the region kept the progress of work under personal control. At the ceremony, he noted the best builders and wished the doctors good luck in their work in the new place.
“Accessibility of medical services is a task of national importance, and we see the results of this great work today. Hospitals and clinics should be focused on preserving the health of citizens, this task was set by Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin during his Address to the Federal Assembly. And we are consistently solving it. The start of work of this medical institution is a qualitatively new stage in the development of the northern part of the city,” emphasized the secretary of the regional branch of the party “United Russia“, Head of the Tambov region Maxim Egorov .
Improving the quality and accessibility of medical care is the main task that Russian President Vladimir Putin set for the regions at the very beginning of the launch of the national project “Healthcare” This is the goal of a large-scale modernization program for the primary health care system, which will be implemented from 2021 to 2025 inclusive.
One of the priority areas of the party project “Healthy Future” and the People’s Program of the party “United Russia“is the development of medicine. Let us remind you that a large-scale reform in the healthcare sector is being implemented in our region. According to the national project “Healthcare“and state programs, plans for this year provide for the construction of five modern medical and obstetric centers and five general practitioner centers, the acquisition of diagnostic equipment and sanitary vehicles. To improve the quality and accessibility of medical care, the Novorusanovsky FAP was built in the Zherdevsky District in 2023. We overhauled 15 healthcare facilities worth more than 86 million rubles, including 7 paramedic and obstetric stations, medical outpatient clinics and general practitioner centers in the Michurinsky, Morshansky, Petrovsky, Rasskazovsky, Rzhaksinsky and Tambov districts.
This year, according to the primary care modernization program of the national project “Healthcare» will build medical and obstetric stations in the Zherdevsky and Umetsky districts and in two villages of Pritambovye. General practitioner centers are planned to be built in Bokino and Sampur, in the Nikiforovsky, Pervomaisky, and Znamensky districts. In the Michurinsky District, the Manovitsky FAP will be opened for patients.
There are also plans to overhaul 24 healthcare facilities, as well as, using advanced funding, to begin overhaul of another 14 facilities, which was scheduled for 2025.
