hh.ru experts, as part of a quarterly study of the sentiments of job seekers, found out which specialists in the Irkutsk region find it easiest to find work in their specialty, and who, on the contrary, has problems finding employment in their profession.

Based on the results of the first quarter of 2024, almost a fifth of the surveyed workers in the Irkutsk region (18%) said that they did not experience any difficulty in finding a job in their specialty, of which 12% believe that it is “rather not difficult” for them to find a job in their profession, another 6% – “not difficult at all.” Compared to the previous period (the fourth quarter of 2023), the share of such responses in the region decreased by 4%, HeadHunter reports.

Retail trade workers (39%), vehicle repair and maintenance technicians (37%), sales managers (33%), blue-collar workers (32%) and production specialists (30%) rate their chances of finding employment the highest. ).

Also, 72% of respondents admitted that they had difficulty finding employment, with 32% of them answering that finding a job in their profession was “very difficult”, and 40% – “rather difficult”. At the same time, the share of such responses increased by 10% compared to the fourth quarter of last year. Among those who have problems finding work, mainly representatives of the fields of entertainment and media (85%), mining (80%), strategy and investment (79%), law (77%), IT (76%), and marketing (75%).
