Entrepreneurs in the Tyumen region affected by the spring flood will be provided with support. The head of the region, Alexander Moor, announced this in his telegram channel.
“Due to record floods in the areas of the Tyumen region, through which the Ishim River flows, local entrepreneurs have problems. Such messages have recently begun to appear in the media. I discussed the situation with my deputy Andrey Panteleev. It is necessary to determine what assistance the regional government can provide to business,” the head of the region stated in the message.
Governor Moor instructed his deputy Andrei Panteleev to work out options for supporting entrepreneurs whose businesses were damaged by the flood. For this purpose, a special commission will be created, which will be sent to the Ishim and Kazan districts of the Tyumen region. Specialists will have to assess the scale of the problems faced by local businessmen and prepare a report for the head of the region.
Earlier, the agency wrote that due to the flood in 20 settlements of the Tyumen region, 155 residential buildings, more than 500 country houses, and 17 sections of highways were flooded. There are 586 people in temporary accommodation centers. 87 families received payments.
