The Leninsky District Court of Orenburg considered an administrative case against a 62-year-old LiAZ bus driver.

In January, on Leninskaya Street in Orenburg, a driver started moving from a stop with the door open. A passenger fell from the bus, the woman received moderate injuries.

During the trial, the defendant admitted guilt. He said that a woman got on the bus to leave her child, who was supposed to be picked up at the next stop. Due to the fact that one of the door wings did not close, the passenger fell.

Traffic rules oblige the bus driver to start driving only with the doors closed and not to open them while moving.

The court found the offender guilty and fined him 25 thousand rubles. The resolution did not come into force.
