Youth clubs under the employment service of the Ulyanovsk region joined the staffing of UAZ – Ulyanovsk today

Graduates of schools, colleges, and universities are the main target audience of the modernized branches of the “Work of Russia” personnel centers. In order to assist the region’s youth in successfully building a professional career, employment service specialists organize trainings, seminars, career guidance conversations, open days, career guidance excursions to enterprises, where children clearly become familiar with production, equipment, technology of various enterprises and the basics of professions.

Thus, the updated, modernized branch of the employment service in the Zasviyazhsky district of the city of Ulyanovsk was visited by members of the youth club “PRO – Movement” from the Baryshsky district and students of the Ulyanovsk Multidisciplinary College. The children took a tour of the modernized branch, during which they saw how citizens are received, the provision of public services, and learned about measures to support young professionals and about the temporary employment program for youth. Career consultants of the employment service, in the format of an open dialogue, conducted a lesson for the children on aspects of successful communication, important components in employment, professional and personal qualities of a young specialist. Continuing the meeting, the students visited the main conveyor belt of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant and visited the museum of the enterprise. The guests were told about the professions in demand in production and were shown the process of assembling cars, and learned about the need for personnel. Currently, 6 students from the Baryshsky district are undergoing internship at UAZ LLC and plan to find employment after graduation.

— The employment service helps the youth of the Ulyanovsk region to get the right reference point for realizing themselves in the modern labor market. The region is implementing the law on young specialists to support them during their professional development throughout the Ulyanovsk region. For example, young specialists in the public sector are provided with a one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles and a monthly payment of 1000 rubles. An employee has the right to monthly compensation for housing expenses under a rental agreement,” noted Pavel Kalashnikov, head of the Agency for the Development of Human Potential and Labor Resources of the Ulyanovsk Region.

Let us remind you that, within the framework of the national project “Demography”, all branches of the Personnel Centers “Russia Work” have been comprehensively modernized in the region. Thanks to modernization, the very principle of providing services has changed, and the approach to employment has become more targeted, which makes it possible to take into account the individual characteristics of applicants.
