Ax threats

25th of April. The local commissioner of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Olsky District identified a previously convicted 37-year-old citizen who, during a conflict with her 42-year-old partner, holding an ax in her hands, threatened him with bodily harm. On this day, they drank alcohol together in one of the apartments in the village of Ola, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Magadan Region told MagadanMedia.
A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (threat of murder or infliction of grievous bodily harm). The maximum sanction is imprisonment for up to two years.
In total, 142 incidents and crimes were reported over the past 24 hours. 11 people were brought to duty stations for various offenses.
