Based on the results of the inspection of the Vyatka Vacations Children’s Recreation and Health Center, which was carried out by the Chamber of Control and Accounts of the Kirov Region, measures were immediately taken on behalf of Governor Alexander Sokolov.
“An internal official investigation was carried out, which resulted in organizational and personnel decisions,” the press service of the regional government reported.
According to the deputy chairman of the regional government, Svetlana Shumailova, employees of the Ministry of Youth Policy who did not ensure proper control over the activities of the Vyatka Vacations Center were reprimanded. “In the near future, a new head of the institution will be appointed – a personnel competition has been announced,” Shumailova added.
During the inspection of the PSC in the activities of the center for 2022-2023, a number of violations were identified, a significant part of which were of an organizational and technical nature. Some were eliminated directly during the inspection and immediately after its completion. The Ministry of Youth Policy has developed a plan to eliminate the remaining comments.
“Control over the activities of the institution will be strengthened,” the regional government noted.
