An icy jungle may grow in the center of Chelyabinsk next winter, in which a human cub and his friends will “live.”
“The Adventures of Mowgli” is one of the six themes of the future ice town on Revolution Square. Residents of the South Ural capital can vote for their favorite one now – voting has started on the feedback platform.
As the Chelyabinsk Department of Culture reports today, April 25, a treasure island may also appear in the main winter town – if the residents want it, or the heroes of the works may “come to life” Nikolai Chukovsky.
The other three themes are more abstract: “Family and love”, “All professions are needed, all professions are important”, “Musical kaleidoscope”.
“Just like last year, Chelyabinsk residents are asked to express their opinions and determine the general concept of the winter fairy tale. A project will be prepared on the topic that receives the maximum number of votes, and at the end of November the contractor will begin its implementation,” notes the Chelyabinsk Culture Department.
It should be noted that the survey will last until May 4, 2024 inclusive and is available via the link, as well as through the “Public voting on the State Services portal” widgets, which are posted on the official websites of authorities.
Chelyabinsk residents over 14 years of age who have a verified ESIA account can take part in voting.
